Course Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

LASH LIFT REVOLUTION 4.0
These Course Terms & Conditions apply to training courses purchased from Lita Lash Academy, operated by Lita Bondarenko, VAT No. 27538929 (VAT exempt), with business address at 22 Triq Karmenu Mifsud, Pietà, Malta (“Lita Lash Academy”, “the Academy”, “we”, “us”).
By purchasing a course from Lita Lash Academy, the student confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Course Purchase & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Payment plans are not currently offered.
Course access will only be activated once full payment has been successfully received.
The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is the applicable price for the selected course or training package.
2. Online Course Access
Online course access is provided for 6 months.
The six-month access period begins on the date Lita Lash Academy manually activates the student's course account and sends the student their access information by email.
The access period cannot be paused, transferred or extended. It is the student's responsibility to complete the online course within the six-month period.
Failure to log in, watch the lessons or complete the course does not extend the access period.
3. Cancellation, Digital Access & Refunds
Students may request a cancellation and refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not yet accessed or started the online course content.
By purchasing a Lash Lift Revolution 4.0 course and accepting these Terms & Conditions at checkout, the student requests access to the digital course during the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges that once they begin accessing the digital course content, they may lose their statutory right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
If the student's course account has already been created or activated, but the student has not accessed or started the course content, they may still request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Once the student has accessed or started the online course content, the course is non-refundable for change of mind, subject to applicable consumer law.
No refund will be provided because the student chooses not to continue or complete the course, does not use the full six-month access period, or does not attend the included hands-on training.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Hands-On Training
Where hands-on training is included in the package purchased, the student receives one full practical training day with Lita Lash Academy.
The practical day includes:
practical work on two models;
Q&A and troubleshooting;
guidance on creating the student's first professional portfolio; and
guidance on photographing lash lift results and presenting their work.
The hands-on training must be completed within 6 months of purchasing the course.
Students are encouraged to schedule their practical day approximately 2–3 months after starting the online course, allowing sufficient time to study the theory beforehand and to benefit from continued support afterwards.
The student must complete the required online theory before attending the hands-on training day.
5. Models
Students are responsible for arranging two suitable models for their hands-on training.
Models are not normally supplied by Lita Lash Academy. In exceptional/emergency circumstances, the Academy may attempt to assist with finding a model, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Failure to arrange suitable models may affect the student's ability to complete the practical training and certification requirements.
6. Booking & Rescheduling the Practical Day
Hands-on training must be arranged with Lita Lash Academy at least 7 days in advance and is subject to availability.
If a student needs to reschedule, at least 48 hours' notice must be provided.
Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the practical day being forfeited and a replacement training day may be subject to an additional charge.
If a student wishes to book an additional practical training day, this can be arranged separately at the applicable additional fee.
Where unexpected circumstances outside either party's reasonable control affect a scheduled training day, Lita Lash Academy and the student will work together reasonably to arrange an alternative solution or date where possible.
7. Products & Starter Kit
All products required for use during the hands-on training day will be provided by Lita Lash Academy.
A personal starter kit is not included in the course price unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
The training is brand-independent. Students will receive guidance regarding suitable products and where they may purchase their own starter kit, but they are free to select professional products appropriate to their needs and budget.
8. Certification
To receive the standard course certification, the student must:
complete the required online theory; and
successfully complete the hands-on training day working on two models.
Eligible students will receive double certification from Lash Lift Revolution / Lash Mother and Lita Lash Academy, subject to the applicable course requirements.
Students wishing to undertake the additional examination required to be featured by Lash Mother as a certified lash lift artist may apply separately through Lita Lash Academy.
The examination is not included in the standard course price and is subject to an additional fee.
9. Beginner & Advanced Courses
The Beginner Course is intended for students who have no previous lash lift training or experience, as well as technicians who have completed fewer than approximately 20 lash lifts or feel they have significant gaps in their previous education.
The Advanced Course is intended for trained lash lift technicians who have previously completed lash lift education and have performed at least 20 lash lift treatments.
By purchasing the Advanced Course, the student confirms that they meet these prerequisites.
10. Student Support
Students receive 6 months of course-related support by email through Lash Mother in accordance with the Lash Lift Revolution course arrangements.
In addition, students receive 9 months of support from Lita Lash Academy.
Students may be added to a dedicated student support chat for this period. Where there is no active student group, support may instead be provided directly by Lita Lash Academy.
Support is intended for reasonable questions relating to the course, techniques and the student's development. It does not constitute unlimited private mentoring or additional private training.
11. Intellectual Property & Course Sharing
All course videos, lessons, PDFs, manuals, guides, photographs, graphics, techniques presented as proprietary course material and other educational materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners, including Lash Mother/Lash Lift Revolution and/or Lita Lash Academy, as applicable.
Course access is provided to one registered student only.
Students must not share login credentials; give another person access to the course; screen-record or reproduce lessons; copy or distribute PDFs or educational materials; upload course materials to social media, groups, cloud storage or other platforms; sell, sublicense or redistribute course content; or present copyrighted course materials as their own.
Separate terms presented within the Lash Lift Revolution platform, including Lash Mother's intellectual-property and course-use conditions, also apply to the relevant Lash Mother materials.
Violation of these provisions may result in suspension or termination of course access without refund, subject to applicable law.
12. Student Responsibility & Professional Practice
Training provides professional education but does not replace the student's responsibility to work safely and within their competence.
After training, each student remains responsible for appropriate client consultation, contraindication assessment, hygiene and sanitation, patch testing where appropriate, safe product use, following manufacturers' instructions, complying with applicable laws and professional requirements, and obtaining any insurance or licences required for their own professional activities.
Lita Lash Academy cannot guarantee identical treatment results between students, clients or products.
Completion of a course also does not guarantee particular financial, business, social-media or career results.
13. Photography & Video During Training
Photography and video may be taken during hands-on training for educational, portfolio and promotional purposes.
Where images or recordings identify the student, Lita Lash Academy will handle their use in accordance with applicable privacy/data-protection requirements and any consent requirements.
14. Students Under 18
Students under the age of 18 may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Lita Lash Academy may request confirmation of parental or guardian consent before activating the course or allowing participation in hands-on training.
15. Course Changes & Circumstances Outside Our Control
Lita Lash Academy may make reasonable changes to practical arrangements, dates, course organisation or materials where necessary, provided such changes do not materially reduce the training purchased.
Where illness, emergencies, travel disruption, venue issues or circumstances outside reasonable control prevent a scheduled practical day from taking place, the Academy will work with the affected student to arrange an appropriate alternative where reasonably possible.

PRIVATE MENTORING
Terms & Cancellation Policy
These terms apply to Private Mentoring sessions provided by Lita Lash Academy, Malta. By purchasing a mentoring session, the student confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
Private Mentoring is a personalised one-to-one training service.
100% payment is required upfront to secure a mentoring session. A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and the date and time have been agreed with Lita Lash Academy.
The mentoring session must be used by the person who purchased/booked it and may not be transferred to another person without prior agreement.
2. Mentoring Options
Theory Mentoring
The standard Theory Mentoring session consists of approximately 3 hours of private one-to-one education.
Before the session, the student may identify up to five main challenges, problems or goals they would like to address and send them in not less than 2 weeks before session.
The session is theory-focused and does not include hands-on model practice.
Topics may include lash extensions, lash lifts, brows, technique troubleshooting, retention, styling, mapping, business, social media or other professional topics agreed in advance.
Theory + Hands-On Mentoring
Where the Theory + Hands-On option has been purchased, the session includes both personalised theory and practical training.
Approximately 2.5–3 hours will be dedicated to theory and approximately 2–2.5 hours to hands-on practice, depending on the student's individual needs and the subject being covered.
The exact structure may be adjusted during the session to provide the most useful training experience.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
A mentoring session may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
For cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, €100 of the payment will be forfeited.
The remaining balance may be transferred once to a newly scheduled Private Mentoring session.
Failure to attend the scheduled session without notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
Any statutory consumer rights applicable to purchases made online remain unaffected.
4. Online Purchase & Right of Withdrawal
Where Private Mentoring is purchased online, any statutory withdrawal rights available under applicable Malta/EU consumer law continue to apply.
If the student specifically requests that the mentoring service takes place during an applicable statutory withdrawal period, the student may be asked to expressly request commencement of the service during that period and acknowledge the consequences this may have for their withdrawal rights.
This is separate from the cancellation and rescheduling policy above.
5. Hands-On Training
Hands-on practice is included only when the Theory + Hands-On Mentoring option has been purchased.
Purchasing Theory Mentoring alone does not include model practice.
The practical component will focus on the techniques or problems agreed upon for the mentoring session. Any additional practical training or additional mentoring time must be booked and paid for separately.
6. One-Month Support
After completion of the Private Mentoring session, the student receives one month of follow-up support from Lita Lash Academy for reasonable questions relating to the topics covered during their mentoring.
Follow-up support does not include additional private lessons, extensive assessment of unrelated work, or new training topics that were not part of the original mentoring session.
7. Educational Results & Student Responsibility
Private Mentoring is tailored to the student's individual needs, but specific technical, business, financial, social-media or professional results cannot be guaranteed.
Students remain responsible for applying the education appropriately, working within their level of competence, following product manufacturers' instructions and maintaining appropriate hygiene, safety and professional standards when working with clients.
8. Educational Materials & Intellectual Property
Any original educational materials, guides, demonstrations, methods, presentations or other resources supplied by Lita Lash Academy remain protected intellectual property.
Materials supplied for personal learning may not be copied, reproduced, shared, sold, distributed, taught as the student's own educational material or made available to third parties without permission.
9. Photography & Video
Photos and videos may be created during Private Mentoring for educational, portfolio and promotional purposes.
Where photographs or recordings identify the student, model or another individual, any use for Lita Lash Academy's marketing or social-media purposes will be subject to the appropriate consent and applicable data-protection requirements.
Students may also take reasonable photographs or videos of their own work during the session unless otherwise instructed.
10. Students Under 18
Students under the age of 18 may participate in Private Mentoring with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Lita Lash Academy may request confirmation of parental or guardian consent before the mentoring session takes place.
11. Unexpected Circumstances
If Lita Lash Academy is unable to provide the scheduled mentoring session due to illness, emergency or circumstances outside reasonable control, an alternative date will be arranged with the student.
The student will not incur a rescheduling fee where the change is initiated by Lita Lash Academy.
